DPMA Offices in Munich

You can reach the German Patent and Trade Mark Office at three locations in Munich:

• Munich, Zweibrückenstraße 12
• Munich, Anzinger Straße 29
• Munich, Cincinnatistraße 64

How to get to Zweibrückenstraße

There is no parking available, so please use public transport:

• by suburban train (S-Bahn): lines S1–S8, get off at "Isartor", walk about three minutes
• by tram (streetcar): take no. 16 or 17 (from "Sendlinger Tor"), get off at "Isartor", walk about three minutes
• by bus: take StadtBus no. 132, get off at "Isartor/Zweibrückenstraße", walk about one minute

Accessible entrances are located on Morassistraße and Erhardstraße.

Receiving service/cash desk		Munich Receiving service, including the cash desk, is closed until further notice. Mail items are accepted at the gate, cash deposits are currently not possible.

How to get to Anzinger Straße

You can reach this office by public transport:

• By S-Bahn: Lines S1 - S8 stop "Ostbahnhof". The walk from Ostbahnhof to the building takes approx. 10 minutes.
• By tram: Line 21, stop "Ostbahnhof"
• By underground: U5 "Ostbahnhof" or U2 "Karl-Preis-Platz" (approx. 9 minutes on foot)
• By bus: Bus route 59, bus stop "Aschheimer Straße", approx. 5 minutes on foot. Bus routes: 25, 55, 145, 155, N45 and N75, bus stop "Anzinger Straße", also about 5 minutes on foot

By car: The office building is easily accessible by car via the Mittlerer Ring. Parking spaces in the building's own underground car park can be used free of charge upon prior registration.

By bike: For cyclists, there is a large bicycle cellar with charging stations for e-bikes.

Cincinnatistraße

The majority of the Trade Mark Divisions of the DPMA are located in Cincinnatistraße 64 in the quarter Fasangarten.

You can reach this office by public transport:

• by suburban train (S-Bahn):take line S3 (direction "Deisenhofen/Holzkirchen") and get off at “Fasangarten”; walk about seven minutes
• by bus: from "Ostbahnhof" take bus no. 145 (direction "Fasangarten") and get off at "Cincinnatistraße"; walk about two minutes
• by underground and bus: from Munich central railway station take underground U1 (direction "Mangfallplatz") and get off at "St.-Quirin-Platz", then take bus no. 220 (direction "Unterhaching") and get off at "Minnewitstraße"; walk about five minutes

By car:

• from the centre, from the east and north: follow "Balanstraße" outbound, turn right onto "Fasangartenstraße" and turn right via "Minnewitstraße" onto "Cincinnatistraße"
• from the south and west: take "Mittlerer Ring/McGraw-Graben" (Tegernseer Landstraße) and exit before the A 995 motorway starts, pass under the motorway (signposted "Stadtmitte") and turn right after the underpass onto "Cincinnatistraße"
