DPMAnutzerforum 2026: Focus on quantum technology

We are opening our doors to you once again: on 17 and 18 March 2026, we warmly welcome you to the next DPMAnutzerforum! This year, we will be focusing on the topic of ‘quantum technology’ – a field of innovation that is shaping industrial property rights as well as many areas of our daily lives.

We invite you to a discussion round with experts from industry, the legal profession and universities. Together, we would like to examine how we can further strengthen Germany as a location for innovation with IP.

The now established interview with Dr Wichard from the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection is also part of the programme again. In addition, our colleagues from the DPMA will provide insights into current topics relating to intellectual property rights, including new search options for historical intellectual property rights.
