The DPMA has designed its web pages largely in conformity with the guidelines of the ordinance for creating barrier-free information technology under the law on equal opportunities for people with disabilities (Barrierefreie Informationstechnik-Verordnung - BITV).
So far, not all PDF files are available in an accessible format. Those that do meet BITV requirements are usually marked accordingly.
