Directions to the offices of the DPMA
The headquarters of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) are based on Zweibrückenstraße in the Munich city centre.
The majority of the trade mark divisions and the utility model section are located in Fasangarten, Munich.
The patent divisions 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, 1.16 and 1.45 have moved to the "Einstein III" office building on Haidenauplatz.
The patent divisions 1.41, 1.43 and 1.44 are in Schwere-Reiter-Straße near Munich's Olympic site.
The trade mark divisions 3.1 and the designs unit are located in Goethe-Galerie in Jena.
In the German capital, the Technical Information Centre Berlin provides information on issues relating to industrial property protection.
